Here you can you see your tracker for the last week. I leave you with a few considerations:
- I recommend you enter and refill a line twice a day, once starting the day and once ending the day. This permits you to see the actions that you have for the day, note the number and return to check back in on it before sleeping. This way, Notion can calculate your daily performance.
- You can add all or any of the habits that you need to note. The habits are added like properties (columns) even though I already added "Habit 1" and "Habit 2" for you. Just change the names to something that's applicaple to you, that you'd like to follow daily (for example, meditate or jog for 10 minutes).

🦶 So that you have a useful example, I'm going to add a day of tracking for you: Saturday, May 1, 2021.
Do you see the property "Date" is empty? It's important to always fill this so that Notion can make more precise estimations surrounding your habits and performance.

Today's Actions
The next table has two functions:
- Visualize your daily actions and order them however you like; you can add different properties to establish an ideal order for you.
- Note the number of actions at the start and finish of each day. Notion will calculate what is your performance and this will help you to be more consistent and to improve.
